The Annual Report 2012-2013 is in its final stages. It is the most important document prepared each year by the board for members of SouthEast. This year's Annual Report was initially reviewed by the board's Governance and Policy Committee and, then submitted to the board for approval. The audited financial statements were reviewed by the Audit Committee and, then, submitted to the board for approval. The Annual Report also reviews the co-operative's Strategy Plan, includes the Risk Management Plan and Key Performance Measures.
