Melissa commenced with SouthEast in November 2023 and is currently working in Tenancy and Executive Support. In 2026, Melissa reaches her 20th year working in housing.
She has extensive experience in tenancy management, crisis response, co-operative housing, community housing, renter engagement, allocations, policy implementation and regulatory compliance.
Before joining SouthEast, Melissa worked for many years within the broader co-operative housing sector. During this time, she supported housing co-operatives across Victoria, led program and policy implementation work, coordinated renter and member engagement, and managed key projects including allocations, relocations, training, consultation processes, and event organisation for large and small-scale co-operative events.
